I have been playing golf for the last seven years as an amateur andbasically a hack. I was introduced to the game late by some friends who had nearly 30 years of playing experience. Needless to say I had a lot of catching up to do. I am the type of person who will practice and practice to get better at something and golf was no exception. Unfortunately my short game in particular was letting me down and my high scores dramatically showed that. Matters were made worse when my golfing companions would continually ridicule me over my short game. Basically my scores were suffering due to my poor putting. When on the putting green I would often freeze and become tense when about to putt because I had so many things running through my mind. Anyone whoplays golf knows that it is a mind game. So I decided to do something about it.
I decided to have a hypnosis session with Ian Porteous from Action Hypnosis to improve my putting. Well it turned out to be one of the smartest decisions I have made. In the past it was regular for me to three-putt on most holes. Now I average 2 putts per hole and even better. The transformation has been amazing and my scores have dropped dramatically.I now don`t over think or over analyse my putting and the difference has been inrredible. I`m now confidently shooting scores in the mid to low 90`s.
Not bad considering I was often shooting 105 plus! I can say that I have taken 15 strokes off my score and have never enjoyed the game more.I would definitely recommend Ian and Action Hypnosis for any sporting person who wants to improve their focus, nerves or concentration. In fact I would recommend him for any issue or behaviour that you need to have changed. It definitely worked for me.
